Cedric P. Claud

CLAUD, Cedric P. "C.P.," 96, of Winterpock, Va., died Tuesday, October 7, 2008. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Helen R. Claud; and his son, William D. Claud. He is survived by his son, Donald V. Claud; his daughter-in-law, Anna K. Claud; two grandsons, William D. Claud Jr. and his wife, Ruth Ann, and Michael L. Claud and his wife, Valerie; and five great-grandchildren, Jordan, Brandon, Logan, Haydn and Camryn Claud. C.P. was a member of Bethia United Methodist Church for 58 years and retired from DuPont after 42 years of service. His family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a funeral service will be held 12 noon Saturday. Interment Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bethia United Methodist Church Building Fund.
