In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

To the Family of a Fantastic Man -

My deepest sympathies in your time of loss.

Earl was more than just a co-worker of mine. He was a friend and a dear pick me up on a bad day. He always had a joke or a quip or would do his famous Elvis impression to turn your mood around. He was and will be an inspiration to us all that we can be better people, smile a little more, laugh a little more and definitely love life a little more.

Earl you will be dearly missed by all of us and there will never be anyone quite like you doll! Keep some spots open at the "Kings" table for us would ya??

My heart goes out to all of you and God Bless!

Much Love,
Laura Bailey

Dear Robertson family,

Having known Earl through working with him at World Access, I too can attest to his deep love for you all. Earl loved every moment in life and shared thoughts, suggestions and laughs with everyone he encountered. All of us learned from his wisdom and experience and are better people for having known him.

My thoughts and prayers and with you during this time.

Earl taught me alot. About how to do my job, well and with compassion.
And how to enjoy the music of Elvis.

He was my friend. And I am a better person for knowing him.

I will miss you bubba

Earl,

I had the privilege of working with you at World Access (Mondial USA) for over 3 years. One of the greatest memories that I have of you was throwing your surprise retirement party! I still can’t believe that we got that one past ya!

The wonderful memories that you created for all of us will be remembered forever.

While you await our arrivals, you can make music and dance with the “KING”.

Joyce & Family,

There wasn’t a day that went by where Earl didn’t share a beautiful story of his family. The love that he has for each of you is inspirational. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time in your lives.

Love your friend,

Dean Sandridge

Joyce, Lorrie, Mark and famiy,
I was so saddened to hear of Earl's passing. We worked together at World Access and many times Earl has helped me through illnesses and deaths in my family. Earl will be missed so much. After his retirement he was missed around here at WA, but now it is so sad that we will not see him here for a visit. Earl was a special and great man. I respected him very much and have had many sad, funny, poignant conversations. He loved you all and Joyce you were and still will remain the love of his life! He would just shine whenever he mentioned your name. To the granddaughters: Your grandpa talked about you both so much. He loves you very much and will be watching over you as you grow. He will be missed, but it gives me peace knowing he is looking down on all of us and waiting for us to join him.

Broken Chain
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your live is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same; but as god calls us one by one the Chain will link again.

Earl,
There won't be a day that you won't be missed by the ones whose lives you touched. We are so grateful to have known you and to love you. You were the "rock" of the family, but you also loved to "roll". You and Joyce raised a wonderful son and daughter and you taught them your beliefs and ethics. Look down at them and be proud, because I see you in them and because of this you will never be gone. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. You know where we are if you need us for anything. We love you and wish we could take the hurt away,
Love,
Frank and Patti Taylor

Even though I have only known ya’ll a little over a year I can truly say that you are the true meaning of a family that loves and takes care of one another. I only met Earl a couple of times but I can honestly say he always had a smile and a story to share. :)

In Our Hearts
Author Unknown

We thought of you with love today,
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday,
And the days before that, too.
We think of you in silence.
We often speak your name.
Now all we have is memories,
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we'll never part.
God has you in His Keeping.
We have you in our Heart.
