JENKINS, Herbert W., of Richmond, went to be with the Lord, October 13, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Jenkins; daughter, Peggy A. Toy (Philip); son, James R. Jenkins (Marita); brother, T.L. Jenkins Jr. (Myrtle); four grandchildren, Randy Toy, Michael Jenkins (Tanya), Lesley Houtz (Robby) and Steven Jenkins (Melissa); eight great-grandchildren. His family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Bliley's-Chippenham and where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday. Interment Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stockton Memorial Baptist Church.

We were saddened to hear about the death of your brother. I remembered you had to be with him prior to our Stew several weeks ago. We hope you will find compfort in knowing others share in your loss.
