Auburn Bowen Mothershead

MOTHERSHEAD, Auburn Bowen, 87, of Montross, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2008. She was the owner-operator of Historyland Business Supply in Montross, a member of Ephesus Christian Church and Montross Volunteer Rescue Squad Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Garnett W. Mothershead; a son, Gerald Mothershead and his wife, Susan; a daughter, Ellen M. Martin and her husband, Bill; a brother, B.F. Bowen Jr. and his wife, Betty Jo, all of Montross; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Welch Funeral Home, Montross, this evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2008 at Ephesus Christian Church, Foneswood, with interment in the church cemetery.
