LOLLO, Frederick Joseph, 61, of Ruther Glen, Va., departed this life on Wednesday, October 22, 2008. He is survived by his daughter, Amy Lollo Hurt and her husband, Alan. Amy was her dad's shining star. A truly loved son of Frederick Raymond and Donna Mae Lollo; two sisters, Donna J. Sisson and her husband, Thomas, of Charlotte, N.C. and Sharon Lancaster of Glen Allen; four nieces, Julie R. Robertson and her husband, Robert, Kimberly J. Didra and her husband, David, Kelly A. Wellman and her husband, Clifford, Katy L. Packett and her husband, Keith; and Amy's mother, Dana Lollo. Burial will be private at Quantico Marine Base. A memorial to be held at Cardinal Baptist Church, Ruther Glen Road, Ruther Glen, Va. on Saturday, October 25 at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bon Secours Hospice or Cardinal Baptist Church. The families heartfelt thanks to Sarone, Teresa and Tiffany, the nursing team from Bon Secours Hospice.

Cliff and I really wish we could have been there for the memorial service. We will all miss him. Amy, Gramma, and Pap, I'm very sorry for your loss, I wish we weren't so far away. Uncle Freddy, TTFN ("tata for now) as he used to say when he would tell me goodbye on the phone.)
