Dear Virginia, Steven, Jimmy and Family,
I’m deeply saddened to hear Shirley has passed on. In this difficult time I want you to know that I and many others at Sandston Baptist Church are praying for all of you. Please let me know if there’s anything that I can help with, even if you just need someone to talk to.

Linda, I am so sorry to see you have lost Shirley. I know you won't recognize my name but I was Harris and we used to play volleyball with Jerry & Carol, you & Ken, etc. They were some good times. I also had the pleasure of meeting your Mom Sunday (not knowing she was your Mom). She went in a ditch near my home & I went with my friend/land lord to pull her out of the ditch.
Much sympathy & I hope you are doing well.

VIRGINIA, JIMMY AND FAMILY,
MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. SHIRLEY WAS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON. SHE WAS A GOOD FRIEND TO ME AND TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF HER WHIT WHIT. I WILL NEVER FORGET HER AND ALL OUR TIMES TOGETHER.
SHE WAS BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH A SWEET DEVOTED MOTHER AND I KNOW SHE WAS VERY PROUD OF THE MAN JIMMY HAD BECOME.
KNOW THAT YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ALWAYS.

Linda and Susan, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Although I only recently got to meet Shirley, she was a beautiful and funny lady.
