I can't even begin to say how much I loved Pauline. She used to play BINGO at the Mid-Cities Civic Association every Monday night when I used to be the Kitchen Manager and BINGO Caller. I am deeply saddened about our great loss in the world. Mrs. Thornton was a beloved woman. BUT, we will all see her one day at the Golden Gates and we will all be with Lord, our Saviour. :) Pauline: I love you so much and can't get over the fact that God has decided to call you home so early. Your prescence will be deeply missed at the Civic Center.
With Love & Compassion,
Nick Curry

We hope that time and memories will help lessen the burden of your sorrow, and that you may draw some measure of comfort knowing that others care and share in the loss of your beloved and our teammate, Mrs. Pauline Thornton.
During her years of service to the boys and girls of Richmond Public Schools, she distinguished herself with her pleasant, enthusiastic manner and high-caliber performance. She was a valued member of our team. We will remember her with respect and admiration. She will be missed by all.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Forever in my heart
Forever on my mind
In your arms you had me
Because your love was always kind
I close my eyes and see
Your beautiful smiling face
Memories of you loving me
Will never get erase
I look up to the sky above
And know that you are there
I know you left way too soon
But life is not always fair
When times get really rough
I know I can’t pick up a phone and call
But I can talk quietly to you
And you will never let me fall
I just want to say to you
With all of my loving heart
That each and every day that passes
Our love will never part.
Forever in my heart
Forever on my mind.
In your arms you had me.
Because your love was always kind.
Love you grandma,
Nickie

At a time such as this, words cannot express our feelings, but we wish to express our sympathy in your loss and to let you know that our prayers are with you. Death of a loved one always leaves heartache no one can heal. But LOVE leaves a memory no one can steal. God has her in His keeping and you, your family, and her friends will have her in your hearts forever. God Bless You.
