Donald Harold Obituary

HAROLD, Donald K., 76, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on November 2, 2008. After 49 years of marriage, Don is survived by his loving wife, Teresa; three sons, Gregory Harold, Douglas Harold (wife Wanda), and Matthew Harold; one daughter, Julie Shaw (husband Norman); and three grandchildren, Sarah Harold, Bradley and Kevin Shaw. Don was a Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy from 1952 to 1960. He retired from Nabisco in 1988. He was a founding member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. Don was a native of West Virginia. Hobbies included reading, hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 4400 Beulah Road, Richmond, Va. 23237. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the St. Augustine Church Building Fund. Interment will be private.
