BLICK, Eleanor Mae Nemetz, 74, of Prince George, passed away Friday, November 7, 2008 in John Randolph Medical Center. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Nemetz. Mrs. Blick was a retired Civil Service employee with Fort Lee and a member of Nazareth Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Marvin M. Blick; sister, Betty Schneider and husband, Alfred; and numerous cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, Va. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in Nazareth Lutheran Church with Rev. George D. Plvan officiating. Interment will follow in Bermuda Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eleanor Nemetz Blick Memorial Fund, c/o Nazareth Lutheran Church, 1711 Grant Street, Hopewell, Va. 23860.
