Barbara Jane McCann Corso

CORSO, Barbara Jane McCann, 68, of Ashland, went to be with her Lord November 9, 2008. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Billy Fleming. She is survived by her loving husband, Melvin L. Corso. She was the loving mother of two daughters, Kathryn Fleming of Ashland and Pamela Sprouse of Hanover; four stepchildren, Logan Dabs, Lena Herr, Lee Corso and Kara Corso; four grandchildren, Sara Stanley, Krissi Sprouse, Lisa Mustian and Wes Sprouse; two great-grandchildren, Violet Stanley and Myah Mustian; three aunts, Daisy Hall, Bernice McFarland and Thelma Tinsley; one uncle, William Blankenship; and other family including David and Karen McCann and Jerry and Patsy Cibo; numerous cousins and many friends. Barbara will be missed by all of those whose lives she touched. The family will receive friends at the Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
