Lewis Crigger Obituary

CRIGGER, Lewis M. Sr., 86, of Sandston, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Dorothy L. Crigger; and their children, Matt Crigger and his wife, Cathy, Mike Crigger and his wife, Donna, and Bonnie Marchetti and her husband, Renno; 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ella May Graham, Lillie Townsend, Bunny Wood; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Crigger was a retired employee of Yellow Freight Company, formerly Adley Express. His family will receive friends Monday, November 17, 2008 and Tuesday, November 18, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Va. 23231, and where funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Interment with military honors to follow at Washington Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in Mr. Crigger's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Odyssey Hospice.

I am sorry to hear of Lewis (Pops)passing. I was just talking to Matt a week ago and asked how he was doing. My family has alot of fond memories of your husband/dad. As do you and yours.
