Bill and Ricky
I am so very sorry to hear about your mother's passing. Although it has been seven months since your great loss, I am still stunned and feel the loss personally. She was another "mom" for me and always treated me like a daughter. Please know how much she was loved by all the Brown family and especially a big hug and kiss from Carara.

Bill,
David told me of your mother's passing and I just wanted to send my thoughts to you: Life is such a fragile thing and as each day passes, endeavor to make memories that will last. We come into this life alone and leave alone, but the middle part is where we share ourselves with others and LIVE life. I'm sure the long, wonderful life of your mother are forever imprinted on your heart and mind.
Fondly,

Bill;
I am truly sorry to know of the passing of your mother. As we all look to our parents and the lives they have lead and the lessons they have taught us, it gives us pause to reflect on all the joys in life we all have. I am sure she will be missed, but go forth knowing that she lived a full life and was blessed to have you as a son. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Rick:
Sarah has told me such wonderful stories about your mother. What a blessing she was to all who knew her. I would like to have been there when she danced with Hannah's feather stole---how dear that James remembers her as someone who showed special interest in him. You have a great heritage. Dear Rick,
The children and I will miss Earle so much. I was always so pleased at how she would eat like a soldier when she came to dinner at my house, and how much she enjoyed and remembered the bonfire parties we had. James says he misses her because she really liked him. She made us all feel loved. Hannah remembers how Earle put on the fuschia feathered angel wings Hannah had from a dress-up costume, and she would dance and wink. Earle has certainly earned her wings in heaven now. I'll be glad to get there knowing I'll get to see her again. What a joy she has been to all of us! I know you will miss her because souls so sweet are not common on this earth. What a blessing her life has been. I love you!
