Tammy and Family, I’ll never forget how supportive your mom was of you, me, and the BDHS track team. My mother is especially thankful for her kindness during my tough times senior year. My mom said “Loretta was a rock” who gave her strength when our family was going through a lot. I am sorry that we did not know about your mother's health sooner to try and give support to you like she so generously gave to us.

My deepest sympathy to Henry, Tammy and Cheryl. I worked for and with Loretta for many years at Prince William Hospital. What a wonderful and caring nurse she was. She was my nurse manager on the old 2 west (med/surg unit) when I first started out as a brand new nurse at PWH. I know she will be missed tremendously.
May God be with you all at this most difficult time.

Henry, Tammy and Cheryl,
I can say without hesistation that Loretta was the epitomy of a loving and caring nurse. She always put her patients first. The nursing profession will miss not having her as an active member. I will miss knowing she is here.

When I think of Loretta, I think of a beautiful, welcoming smile and a caring nurse who shared her love of God, family and others so selflessly. She was tender and strong at the same time. She visited our room every day in the last hospital stay for Gary before his death. It meant so much to us. We were truly blessed to know her. Deep sympathy to her entire family.
