Dear Jerry and Family,
Carolyn was a wonderful and caring person who put others needs ahead of hers. She is a special lady who took care of so many and most of all cared for Mama like it was her own mother. They are both in heaven now taking in all the children who needs them. Both left us too soon, but God had other plans for them.
Remember the good times and cherish those memories and she was one in a million to have a husband and family like you.
With family and friends you will be strong and get through each day.
Jerry, we will always be here for you.
Love and hugs,

What a wonderful person and my dear classmate from Henry Clay class of 1956. We grew up on Telegraph Rd and rode the school bus together. Visited with each other at class reunions. My brother Bobby Snipes and sister Betsy Keyes share with me the sorrow of her loss.

Carolyn is in Heaven helping mama care for all the little children. I can see their smiling faces now as they cuddle a child as children were so precious to them.
Carolyn was such a caring person who always held a special place in our hearts because she was so good to mama. Not a day went by that she didn't call and visit mama when she was sick and when she visited, she would always bring mama a little gift that would make her smile.
Jerry, you cared for Carolyn in a way that very few husbands would. You hold a special place in our hearts because you are like a brother to us and also because of your caring ways. A better husband, Carolyn could have never found as you catered to her every need and always put her needs first. I never once heard you complain about what you were doing for Carolyn; however, you would say how much it meant to you that she was at home and comfortable and how you wanted her last days to be the best you could make them and that you did.
Life without Carolyn will be very hard but you can face difficult days ahead by thinking about all the good times you had together and that you did.
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers and will always be there to help you get through.
We love you.
