Kerry, Anne and Monica,
My arms are around you during this sad time. Your mother's loving joy stays with us. I have a vivid picture of her laughing and warmly embracing us all. She loved deeply and mightily and these things live on in you. I wish I could be with you today. I will be at mass at noon in Washington, thinking of you all.
With love,
Kathy
