Mildred Martin Daniel

DANIEL, Mildred Martin, age 80, of Victoria, Va., widow of Edgar B. Daniel, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008. She is survived by one daughter, Joyce D. Frazier of Kenbridge; two grandsons and their wives, Chris and Kathy Frazier of Chesterfield, Eddie and Diane Frazier of Brodnax; two great-grandchildren, Abby and Hayley Frazier of Chesterfield; two brothers, Edward C. Martin and his wife, Ruby, and Randolph Martin, both of Blackstone; two sisters, Myrtle Waugh of Blackstone and Betty Quinn of Kenbridge; and a loving, devoted friend, Jimmie Ingram of Victoria. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Richard T. Frazier of Kenbridge, and one brother, Eugene Martin of Providence Forge. Mrs. Daniel was a faithful member of Northside Gospel Chapel in Victoria, and was a seamstress/clerk for Dupriest and Williams in Victoria for 40 years until retirement. The family will receive friends Monday, December 15, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Staples Funeral Home in Victoria. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 16, 2008, 11 a.m. at Northside Gospel Chapel, Victoria, Va., with interment in Crestview Memorial Park, South Hill, Va.
