My deepest sympathy to Edith's family. I was "blessed" to know Edith, since I was a young girl, and she rented an apartment in our family home. I have fond memories of her, as a friend, and wonderful christian lady, and look forward to seeing her again
in eternity.

We write this in honor of a true Christian and founding member of our church in Bethlehem, PA. Yesterday, Pastor Kantola dedicated his sermon to Edith Hampton, titled "Carriers of His Majesty."
The privilege to know Edith has left a profound impression on the Members and Pastors of this church in the Lehigh Valley. May Edith's family be blessed for their caretaking and know we honor their love. May we always look to the Father of lights with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning who gives us every good and perfect gift from above. Edith was a gift from God to this Church, our Pastoral familles..the eternal family of God.

Sister Edith Hampton was a wonderful woman of God. I had the privilege of knowing her my whole life--72 years. She and her husband were a pleasure to know, and I look forward to seeing them again in Glory.
