Joanne and family.
Just wanted to say how very sorry I am about the loss of Buster. Thinking of him -brought back the memories of my weekends at your home with You, the breakfasts your Dad would fix and the sunburn.

Dear Gwyen and boys, Ruth Anne and I were so sorry to hear about Buster's passing. We remember what good neighbors you were in Clover Hill Farms and all the work Buster put in to helping build the pool complex. Thank the Lord you know where Buster is since he accepted the Lord as Savior. May God bless you all at this most difficult time.

I only got to know him thru Southerland Place. My wife, Joanne was a resident there and she also passed away Sunday morning. I used to bring our Golden Retriever in to visit, which is how we met Maggie and Ozzie, and your family.
My sincere sympathies.

David, Michael, Timothy, Walter: I was deeply saddened to learn of your dad's death. Buster and I worked together when he was with VDOT. He always approached things with a sense of wisdom and fairness. I learned much from Buster and thought of him as my friend. He always spoke glowingly of you and was very proud of each of you.

Hi guys... It truly hurt my heart to hear that your dad had passed. I have some very fond memories of our Holiday trips to Richmond and meeting at Aunt Paulette's house. Your dad always made my mom and me feel like we had never left home. My mom always looked forward to your parents making the trip to Courtland for lunch and a visit. It helped her continue to feel connected to family. The trips to the lake were so nice and we so enjoyed your dad's boat rides. It's important to stay connected to family. Please keep in touch and we send you love and prayers.

Heartfelt sympathies go out to Gwen and the boys. I remember so many good times during family get togethers. I especially remember how strong he was in helping my Aunt Paulette and Gwen with Uncle Jimmy. His quiet strength will truly be missed.

Lindy, Evan and I share heartfelt sadness in the loss of your dad. Praying that the memories you will be sharing these next few days/weeks/months ... will bring a time of celebration of his life to you all. I found that death just takes the life, it doesn't take the relationship ... KEEP HIM ALIVE IN YOUR HEARTS ... for all the years of your lives. We'll always remember the visit to Gaston when we were living in NC. Also, it was sure great seeing your folks at Marti's wedding in NOV 07. He sure was a good man ... good to your mom, Aunt Paullette, Uncle Jimmy, and to my mom. You'll be in our prayers as this untimely loss tries to rob your joy ... please, don't let it. God bless ...
