Orjnell was the beloved wife of Charles Covington Sr. whom she married on her 16th birthday, January 10, 1950, and who lovingly survives her.
Nanny was one of eight siblings and the devoted mother of eight children Charles Jr., Charlotte, Darryl, Venessa, Gaynell. Earl. Renee, and Vivien. She is preceded in death by her children Charles Jr., Vanessa, and Gaynell. whom she now joins in eternal rest.
A lifelong caregiver, Nanny dedicated herself to helping others- both it her work and in her daily life. Her kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit touched everyone she met.
She leaves behind a loving and expansive family including her brother Charles Coward, her children Darryl, Renee, Earl & Vivien, 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, along with her devoted husband, and a host of family and friends who will forever cherish her compassion, strength, and unwavering love.
Nanny's legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know he She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
