Elizabeth Clements

CLEMENTS, Elizabeth, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, went Home to be with the Lord on January 21, 2009. She was born in Madison, Va., on May 1, 1920, the daughter of the late Herbert and Rosa Dyer. She was a member of Second Branch Baptist Church for many years. She was a dedicated and loving mother with a large number of family members. Survivors include one son, Steve Delaney; four daughters, Mary Reagle and her husband, Keith, Catherine Reagle, Margaret Ward and her husband, John, Linda Walczykowski and her husband, Larry; one stepdaughter, Kathy Jackson; 22 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Clements; her stepchildren, Carolyn and Bucky; and two grandchildren, Shebra and Melvin. She will be greatly missed by her many friends and was deeply loved and will be forever in our hearts. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday. Burial will take place 2 p.m. Saturday at Genito Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Powhatan, Va.
