Dear Shirley,
I also worked with Lynn at the Hotel
Plaza Real. I worked the front desk, so I had a good view of Lynn at his desk in the lobby. It was 1993 and I'd just moved to Santa Fe from California. I didn't have many friends at the time. Lynn was so pleasant and kind that it made me feel safer and more comfortable just seeing him. I often listened in as he helped and charmed the hotel guests. My favorite image of him is him in his summer hat, which he'd wear for the walking tours. I got to know you a little bit, and once joined the two of you for dinner. Lynn was such a gentleman and I am deeply saddened by your loss.
I extend you my heartfelt sympathy.

Shirley-- I remember Lynn with highest regards from the days he trained Museum of New Mexico docents. He was a wonderful teacher and had a way with great examples that always made his message clear and fun. He was a very fine gentleman and a pleasure to know. I know you will miss him greatly, as will all who knew him.

Shirley! I worked with Lynn at the Hotel Plaza Real over 15 years ago. So very sorry to hear this news. I think of you both often and with great fondness. Many warm wishes.

Shirley:
You and Lynn were my neighbors for years when my mom and I lived at the townhouse on Clark. I will always remember how lovely Lynn was and what wonderful neighbors you both were. My prayers are with you.
