Katie Frazier Snellings

SNELLINGS, Katie Frazier, age 64, of Richmond, died January 23, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Wanda Frazier; and a brother, Jack. She is survived by a son, Ronald L. Snellings and his wife, Melissa; four grandchildren, Christopher, Shannon, Stephanie and Matthew; four sisters, Marnella Parker (Hoarce), Betty Lewis, Marie York (Stan) and Barbara Mullins (Jimmy); and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Snellings was employed by C&P Telephone Company for many years. Her remains rest at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where the family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
