While we should rejoice that Audrey is now healed and with our Heavenly Father, the empty space at Gum Spring Church and the community which Audrey leaves can never be filled. Our hearts grieve at her loss, yet our hearts are grateful that we were privileged to share a portion of our lives knowing her. May your love and memories bring you peace and comfort. Sincerely, Raymond and Shirley Talley

Carol,
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. She was a very special part of the Dover choir. I remember many good times from those days. I just saw Aunt Lois last week. She always looks so nice. Wishing you many fond memories.

Audrey Henley welcomed me to Gum Spring UMC in 1992. She blanketed us, especially my three girls, Audrey Ann, Michelle Wallace and Rebecca Lynn Page with much love. I am so grateful we got to visit in October. We with the community will definitely miss this angel. May you feel God's love through Christ and truly know her love was unconditional like our heavenly Father's love. May this love comfort you all. Take care and God bless all who knew this Godly woman. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Audrey sat with me for hours when my sister Rinnie Brown had surgery.
She never met me before that and thought that I needed support.
She also came 200 miles to attend my husbands funeral last year while she had her foot in a cast.
She was such a nice person and had such great humor.
She will be missed by a lot of people.

I first met Audrey and Frank many years ago when I was a teenager and then 30 some years later my husband and I moved to Sandy Hook and decided to visit Gum Spring United Methodist Church. The first person I saw was Audrey and I knew instantly that I had found the right place. All of our lives and our community were richer because of her kindness and her loving heart. We will miss her.

Carol and family,
I recall many hours spent in your Manakin home, with your mother in the next room while we played together as little kids. She was always very up-beat and supportive. Her quick smile and good nature was ever present. While I did not see her in recent years, I have kept her in my prayers and frequently asked for updates when I talked to Manakin folks "in the know".
Take care and find comfort in knowing she is in a better place now.
Sincerely, Paige (Clarke) Aderholt

Buddy and I would like to extend our sincere sympathy in the loss of your sister and family member. Mother spoke of her often before she passed. We will be unable to attend the services as we are in Myrtle Beach SC for the winter. But please know we will be thinking of all of and and will say prayer for her as well as you.
Sincerely Betty Hawley Mull
