LINKOUS, Billy Joe "Bill", 73, of Keysville, Va. went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 6, 2009. Bill is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dorothy C. Linkous; sons, George (Cari) Faron of Tennessee, Billy Joe Linkous Jr. of Keysville; his daughters, Denise (David) Crenshaw of Victoria, Dorothy (Terry) Wallace of Keysville, Cindy (James) Reeves of Keysville, Sonya (John) Anderson of Midlothian and Shelly Justice of Buckingham; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Wanson Gene White of Richmond; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by one son, William Richard Faron; and one grandson, Terry Lynn (TJ) Wallace Jr. Memorial services will be held Sunday, February 8, 2009, 5 p.m. at Staples Funeral Home, Victoria, Va. with Rev. Jimmy Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the family cemetery. Please consider memorial contributions to Union Grove Baptist Church c/o Betty Jean, 7497 Lunenburg County Road, Keysville, Va. 23947.
