Your family is thought of in their time of sorrow. You are in my prayers and I know that you are in a better place. There is no more suffering because you are with the Lord smiling down on us. From your cousin.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

To:The Johnson Family
I was shocked to hear about Lottie's sickness and passing. I have worked at the Cumberland Elementary School, in Cumberland, VA where she was employed. She was a dedicated person. We will all miss her, but we know that God doesn't make a mistake. May you all find some comfort in knowing that my thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Dear Family,
Lottie was a one of a kind lady, she will truly be missed...I had the pleasure of working and having her be a friend and family to myself and all the ladies at school,we would laugh and joke and work hard everyday, she help me clean and wash chicken EVER time I had it for my day in the kitchen. She would ask if you need anything just ''ask me boo'' thats what she would say.She work for Cumberland Co.Schools for 40 years I believe she has seen and served a meal to more than half of Cumberland Co. children and adults. We will miss her everyday ,but she will be remember everyday because ever time we go to do something we will say'' Lottie did this or Lottie did that'' we will cry at times and we will laugh at times, but she will always be loved by us.She is in heaven I know that and she is watching over us all the way...With much Love Lisa Burton and Family
