Being a real estate title examiner for the past 25 years, I had the wonderful privilege of meeting this great man. I thought the world of him and never heard him say an unkind word about anyone or anything. He will be dearly missed.

I am so very sorry to hear of Mr. Harts passing. I had one chance meeting with him many years ago at Hanover Court House. Very soft spoken & polite, he shared some of his thoughts about the surveying profession. Professionally, he was at the very top of the list as far as I am concerned. All of us in the Surveying profession should set our standards by his work.
