I knew Marian from the College of Santa Fe. She was a true friend, she would call me when I was going crazy with stress and depression. I would hang out with her and Henry. I have this great picture of her and Henry sitting on her head. She would make me green chile chicken stew and she introduced me to artichokes. I lost touch when I had my son. I always said I would get back in touch. I didn't know she died until I wrote her. The letter came back labeled deceased. I will miss her but hope to see her again. My prayers go out to her family, and her children.

I knew Marian from her time here in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She (and her cat, Henry) were wonderful, kind, outspoken, and real. We here in the Southwest will miss her greatly. Namaste. Rest well, Marian.
