Betty has been a part of my life since I was a baby as her and my Mom have been friends for 44+ years. She was a very special person and never missed a chance to ask how I was doing and I asking about her in return. She will be greatly missed.

Even though we were several miles apart, I never forgot Betty. We kept in touch with cards mostly because everyone knows me as "the card lady". There is always a card for each person. I'll miss this.

We met Betty and her husband, Bill, some ten years ago. Through the years she never failed to show us a gleam in her eyes, a baby like smile on her face, a determination in her ways and the kindness in her heart. Those of us who knew her will miss her.

Betty was one of the kindest and most gentle persons I ever knew. I have fond memories of being a part of her life in Tazewell, Va. before she moved to the city she loved. She enjoyed hearing from all her family and loved the pictures we provided. I will miss her.
