Sorry to hear of your loss, Frances.I was one of the scorekeepers at the Dinwiddie Speedway. My daddy was the track promoter in 1964 & 1965. I remember Jack from his days at Dinwiddie Speedway with his driver George Ballance driving the TC car. When they won the point championship in 1965 it was a popular win in the eyes of the fans, the drivers, and the track. Everyone loved Jack. I imagine him and my daddy are talking now about the glory days at the track. Enjoy eternity, Jack, and may God bless your family and loved ones.

I did not know the gentlemen but I was a fan of the 90 team and he was apart of that. I visited the shop numerous times in the past and I am sure I bumped into Mr.Mcdonald not knowing. Just wanted to say I am sorry for your loss and hope the Lord strengthens you in this time. I will be praying for you and the family.

Frances, I just learned of Jack's passing last night. He was a great friend to me through the years, and a tremendous source of knowledge. I'll always cherish the time we spent together at the race tracks, and in his shop. I'll never forget the things he taught me about race cars, street cars, and life in general. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Our deepest sympathies to you and all of the family.

Francis and Family, It was my pleasure to know Jack for the many years we had together and also to get to know his family. Jack was truly one of my best friends in life and I shall see him again when I join him in our Fathers home.
There is no way to measure how much I learned from Jack during our years of friendship and I will always think of the great times we had together fishing, traveling, racing, working on vehicles, or just sitting around having a meal and talking.

You know I am here if you need me.
So long to a great friend, until we meet again in heaven.
