Lucy Childress Hall

HALL, Mrs. Lucy Childress, of Richmond, passed away Monday, March 2, 2009, widow of Henry T. Hall Sr. Mrs. Hall was a retired employee of Miller & Rhoads, Willow Lawn. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert "Pete" and Thomas Childress; sisters, Virginia Mallory and Anna Hall. She is survived by two sons, Henry T. Hall Jr. and his wife, Sue, of Cary, North Carolina, and Kevin B. Hall and his fiancee, Tammy, of Richmond; sisters, Lou C. Highum of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Audrey C. Bryant of Midlothian, Virginia, and Belle C. Webb of Cabool, Missouri; brother, Clemmon V. Childress of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two stepgrandchildren, three stepgreat-grandchildren, and a large extended family of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2009 at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., where her funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
