SHELTON, E. Alease, 84, of Richmond, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2009. She is survived by her husband, S. Clyde Shelton; five children, Samuel S. Shelton and his wife, Elaine, Elsie S. Collins and her husband, Rick, Billy G. Shelton and his wife, Phyllis, Maxine S. McCluen and Perry C. Shelton; one brother, Harry H. Walker and his wife, Faye; four sisters, Jean W. Cousins and her husband, Donald, Lucille M. Salmon, Shirley W. Smith and her husband, Jesse, and Mary C. Crittenden and her husband, Hugh; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Her family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road, where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment Dale Memorial Park.
