MANN, Margaret Marshall, age 93, of Crewe, widow of Robert L. "Bobby" Mann, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009. She is survived by a son, Leslie E. Mann and wife, Pamla, of Crewe; a daughter, Lynne M. Inge and husband, James, of Blackstone; a brother, John Marshall of Norfolk; a sister, Gladys Speight of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren, Shane Mann of Chesterfield, Kari Wilson of Dinwiddie, Avril Givens of Appalachia and Katelyn Inge of Blackstone; four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and a devoted friend and companion, Rosa Jennings of Victoria. The family expresses gratitude to Dr. Jonathan Marston for his loving care and devotion to Margaret. Mrs. Mann was a retired beautician, a member of the Crewe VFW Post Ladies' Auxiliary, and a member of the Crewe Baptist Church, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, August 16, with burial to follow in Crewe Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Jennings-McMillian Funeral Home on Saturday, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Crewe Baptist Church Music Ministry.
