Charlene Marilyn Mann

Charlene M. Mann, born on April 19, 1942, in Illinois, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025, in Williamsburg, Virginia, at the age of 83.

Charlene was a dedicated and diligent professional who spent her career as an Office Manager at PraxAir, where she was known for her exceptional organizational skills and her ability to manage complex tasks with grace and efficiency. Her colleagues admired her professionalism and her unwavering commitment to her work.

Beyond her professional life, Charlene held a deep passion for several pursuits. A devoted fan of the Chicago White Sox, she found joy in following their games and celebrated their victories with enthusiasm. She also had a keen interest in IndyCar racing, appreciating the speed and skill of the sport.

Charlene cherished her time in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she enjoyed the town's rich history and welcoming community. She was an avid crafter, often spending hours creating beautiful handmade items that she shared with her family and friends. Charlene was preceded in death by her beloved parents, William A. Frangella and Helen Frangella. She leaves behind her son, William Richard Mann, and daughter, Kerry Ann Mann, who will forever hold her memory in their hearts. She is also survived by her dear friends, Cliff and Retta Morris, who shared many cherished moments with her over the years.
