HUGHES, Mary R., 86, of Mechanicsville, Va., widow of Wilbur G. Hughes, peacefully passed away on August 17, 2009. She is survived by two sons, Will and wife, Chris, and Bill and wife, Margaret; five grandchildren, Steve, Andy, Tonya, April, Nathan and wife, Wendi; five great-grandchildren, Preston, Leigh Anne, Dylan, Hannah and Carter; two great-great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sheraton; two brothers, George Reynolds and wife, Minnie, and Joe Reynolds; sister-in-law, Gloria Reynolds; and nieces and nephews. Graveside service at Gethsemane Church of Christ Cemetery at 10 a.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bon Secours Hospice. Arrangements by B.W. White Funeral Home.
