BROWN, Franklin "Butchum" Jr., 58 of Charles City departed this life September 17, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Sheila D. Brown; daughter, Charmaine Brown; two sons, Franklin Brown III (Ashley) and Stephon Moran; four grandchildren, Quincy, Brandon, Briana and Franklin IV; two sister, Patricia Brown and Sharon Smith (Andrew); one brother, Kevin Brown (Lisa); mother and father-in-law, Adolphus and Jeanette Moran; a host of nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, two sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law, friend Barbara Royster, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at J. Leroy Charity Funeral Home, Charles City. On Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. Mr. Brown will rest at Old Elam Baptist Church Ruthville where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Horace Parham Pastor officiating. Eulogy Rev. Margaret Loudon. Interment Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
