I am saddened to hear of the loss of Brother Bill. I am a neighbor of Bill’s who just found out this past Friday that he went to be with God and I am embarrassed.
I have lived across the street from Brother Bill for 7 years and in those years our interaction was limited but always friendly. I remember one of my first nights at this house as we were sitting on the front porch there was a “glow” coming from that picture window of Brother Bill’s home as he watched that HUGE television. In the next few days I met Brother Bill and he explained how he had won the television.
One day while cutting a tree in my yard Brother Bill came over and told me that I should finish the cut a different way then I was or it was going to fall on the street so I took his advice and he was correct – he just smiled!
Brother Bill will be greatly missed!
