Vickie and Family, I was just informed of your dear Mother's death and was so shocked. She was such a special person and always had a smile and kind word for everyone she met. I was just this week thinking of calling her and inquiring about the trips she was planning. I was lucky enough to have been on several of her great fun filled trips. Will miss running into her in our favorite shopping or just browsing places. I also worked at A. H. Robins may years with her. My heart and prayers go to each of you. Libbee Morris

We were out of town and just returned. So sorry that we did not get the word in time to be at the service. We will miss Vernelle. We are so glad we got to see her at the reunion in July. She was a lovely person who always had a smile on her face.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Vickie,
The Lord does work in mysterious ways. I had a strong feeling Sunday that Gerry and I was to go to the hospital to see Vernelle. Who would guess it would be the last time for us to see her. I think of the many Tours that we arranged for the Rock'n Robin and the good times we all shared to Pennsylvania and many other destinations. We loved her and will miss her as the many friends she had that traveled with her. Vicki, I know the loved you both shared with each other but remember she is at peace and in a better place. God Bless!!

Vickie and family,

My condolences go out to you and yours during this difficult time. I've bowled with Vernelle on the Rebel League for several years and will miss her deeply. She always had a smile to share and never minded donating her time for others. She gave me a shoulder to cry on when my great grandmother Helen Taylor passed away last year and volunteered her time at church in her honor.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Vickie and siblings of Vernelle,
What a wonderful woman she was! Always so caring and considerate of everyone - I've never heard anyone say anything negative about Vernelle!
She will be sorely missed by all who knew her; I can certainly speak on behalf of the Rockin' Robins Steering Committee, to which she contributed greatly. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, and I extend my heartfelt condolences to you. May God be with you during this extremely sad time.
