Robert Jeffress WILMOTH

WILMOTH, Robert Jeffress, 87, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 29, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Wilmoth; daughters, Wendy Dolan and her husband, Wayne, Mary Barker and Robin Burnett and her husband, Keith; sons, Robert "Dale" Wilmoth and his wife, Sheila, and Christopher Wilmoth and his wife, Jacquelyn; sister, Mildred Massie and her husband, Ceril; brothers, Billy Yonker, and Bobbie Yonker; grandchildren, Matthew, David, Travis, April, Jennifer, Mary Beth, Kaitlyn, Cayden and Jocelyn; great-grandchildren, Madeline, Aaron, Chandler, Olivia, Zander, Christian and Addison. Robert was preceded in death by his mother and father, Robert Sr. and Patty Yonker; stepfather, Lee Yonker; brothers, L.C. Yonker and Buck Yonker. Mr. Wilmoth served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was retired from Reynolds Metals after 37 years of dedicated service. He was a valued member of Clover Hill Baptist Church. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday (today) at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Clover Hill Baptist Church. Interment to follow in Dale Memorial Park. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Clover Hill Baptist Church, 3100 Courthouse Road, Richmond, Va. 23236.
