I miss you when
your smile was real
Slow creeping grin
the way it made me feel

I need the days when
you would speak to me
Voice filled with laughter
and joyous glee

I long for those days when
your embrace was strong
Where did you go
come home
Back where you belong

One week, I still miss you

Dad
This is one of the most difficult losses one could ever imagine. We were not ready to let you go, we wanted more time with you. I will try and take solice in the fact that you didn't suffer too much. I will always remember the man you were and hopefully I can be half of that. You were the only man I have ever known not too hurt anyone. You were a loving son, father and husband. These are the things I will remember about you the most. I know your watching over our family now and smiling. We will see you again someday. I love you dad, I wish I had been a better son.

Shawn,
I just learned of your loss. I remember the fondess you felt for your former fathr-in-law. Think about the joy he gave you--as you swallow the lump in your throat. I am including a hug.
Thinking of you------

Don't cry for me now, I am free
I've walked the path God laid for me
If you love me, let me go
When it's time, you will know
Don't be sad, dry your eyes
It really hurts to hear your cries
I love you all, as you can see
My time has come and I am free
