Doc, you will be greatly missed but not forgotten. I still tell the story about the "tour" of Yankee Stadium you gave me as a "rookie" attending my first game and that was almost 20 years ago.
Watching you over the years, I always thought that you were a man that truly that got the most out of life and didn't hold back. No matter where you went, you always made good friends and had a ball doing it.
I truly feel blessed to have known you and to call you my friend.

Doc, You'll be missed more than words can describe and the hole left in my heart can never be filled,. You were certainly one of a kind. Your friendship and counseling during the hard times in my life saved me and knowing you were always there for me was the comfort that helped see me through. I'll miss you everyday until we meet again. I'll think of you during the Knicks games and whenever I watch your Yankees, when I go to the ballpark and see the empty seat next to me I will think of you, when I'm driving and I hear a song we knew I'll think of you, and when I'm at the track and my horse comes in last I will definitely think of you ! I love you like a brother Big Guy and you'll always be a part of me. In honor of you I will end this the same way I ended all our e-mails, Yankees Suck !

I ran into a mutual friend tonight who told me of Dr. G's passing. Although I haven't seen or spoken to him in about 15 years, I was thinking of him just last week. We first met about 30 years ago and became fast friends, bartended together, were softball teammates and went to countless Yankee games together. I only wish I could have had one more conversation with "The Doctor". My heartfelt condolences to his family and will always cherish his friendship.

My heart will always have an empty spot where you are. The thought of never hearing you chuckle, smelling your cigar, or beating me in cribbage (I won a few times) will always bring tears to my eyes. The lord truly has gained an angel. Glenn, no words can say what you ment to me and my daughter, Daisha. You are the true definition of a FRIEND. We should all take lessons from you.. I know I have, and am blessed that you where apart of my life. You will be missed. I love you always...
