Uncle Frank has always had a special place in my heart and I know he will always be looking down on me and all the family. My only regret is that I was not able to spend more time with him. I will treasure the memories as should all of you. My condolences go out to both families and all the friends he has made throughout years. We love you and we'll miss you.

Francis was a kind and unique soul.
He had a great smile and a gentle attitude. He had a tremendous love and dedication for the Elks. He left his mark on many who will never forget him. He will truly be missed.
He is safe in the arms of Jesus now and sitting beside his sweet Kay. I am glad that I had the pleasure of saying Francis was my friend.

My Mom, Kay & Frank took two families and made the tightest family unit ever imagineable. In today's world that is both a blessing and a miracle. I will miss them both as long as I live.

In a box of old family photos, I discovered a picture of Uncle Frank taken in the 1940's; on the back was written "Smilin' Frankie".
Indeed, in every memory I have of him and every picture I've ever seen, he always sported that big grin. I will miss him and his smile.
Deepest sympathies to my LeBeau relatives and to all who mourn his passing.

To the family of Mr. LeBeau. We have lived across the street from him for over 40 years. There was always a wave hello whenever we were both going into our homes. He was always a very pleasant man. We will miss his smiling face.
God has his hands out welcoming him home.

Frank LeBeau was the epitome of Elkdom. The nicest person someone could every meet. It was a pleasure to see him come to a function at any of the Elk lodges. He was an inspiration to me personally, and I will miss seeing him. He was a true gentlemen all of the time.
