I only knew Candy for a short while. However over the years I have come to realize and appreciate that she has been a great friend to many of the employees and staff at County Waste. My condolences and prayers are extended all who grieve.

I am so sorry for your loss Scott. I know Candy was always there and meant the world to you. Candy always tried to make everything easier and did it with no complaints.
