Dear Barb, family, and cousins--My cousin on my Mom's side told me she thought she saw a name in the paper. I went on the internet and read the obit. I should of known when he did not return my call that something was up. Other Bud's sisters, he was the last of the Becker cousins. I'm pleased we got to see him twice over the last several years. I'm slower now as I'm on O2 24/7. Our best wishes to you and the family.

Barbara, Sorry to hear of George's passing. He was great to work with in my early years at Watervliet and I learned a lot from him. He's one of the few people that I knew that no one ever said a bad word about.

I am so sorry to hear about your husband and dad. My dad Tom Smith would always talk about his cousin George and the many fun things they would do as kids. We have pictures of George, Tom and Bonnie when they were youger and growing up. I have a picture of my dad and George hanging in my hallway and I think it was taken in Amsterdam. So many memories and good times. We miss our dad too so we know your pain and we will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers.
