Chuck was an intelligent, funny and wonderful man that was always able to make everyone in the room smile and laugh. Working with Chuck was an honor and a privilege, and I will never forget the short-time I was able to spend with him at the Division of Budget.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. He was a wonderful man and I have wonderful memories of visiting with you all. I will never forget him teaching me how to shoot up in Blue Mtn. I loved hearing all the stories of his growing up there in Blue Mtn along with my mom and all the pranks and fun they would have as kids. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
