Joyce Miller Obituary

Miller, Joyce Ann WATERVLIET Joyce Ann Miller, 76, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital in St. Johnsbury, Vt. She was a longtime resident of Holland, Vt. and was formerly of Watervliet. Joyce was born on August 20, 1931 in Troy and was the daughter of the late Walter Frederick and Mary (Gapp) Steiner. She was a 1949 graduate of Watervliet High School. Joyce enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Joyce is survived by her children, William Miller of Marathon, N.Y., Gloria Babcock (Terry) of San Diego, Calif., Toni Huber (Duane) of Dendron, Va., Gina Miller (Mike Burnham) of Holland, and John Miller (Joanne) of Lyndeborough, N.H.; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was prede-ceased by her siblings, Alvina Desmond, Gloria O'Connor and Walter Steiner. A graveside committal service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Memory's Garden in Colonie.
