I am so sorry to hear about the death of your husband. He was my first boss with the NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles back in 1964. I was his secretary. He was a wonderful boss. I am still with the State (Workers' Compensation). Where does the time go.

Harriet, Mark and the Fine Family:
Please accept my condolences for the loss of your husband, father and grand-father.
First met Allen, when a Public Management Intern with N.Y.S. government in 1982. The consumate professional and the best possible role model. For young and aspiring human resource professionals.
Your feelings of saddness and loss must be overwhelming.
May your period of bereavement and grief be, mercifully, short.
God bless you all.

Mrs. Fine,
I am very sorry to hear of your husband's passing. You have a very special place in my heart. After the death of my mother in 1985, you were a wonderful blessing for my daughters. Aimee has never forgotten you and mentions you often. We still think of you as the world's best teacher. Thank you for being a bright light in our lives.
God bless you and your family.
