Dear Alice:

I am very sorry for your loss. I have clear memories of talking with Dr Pemrick in your living room when I was beginning my journey to become a physician. He was the epitome of a great surgeon, and as such he was an inspiration. I'm sure he had a profound impact on many. My thoughts are with you and your children.

To Alice and family,
I will remember Dr. Tom for his great humor and compassion for patients and life! He was what Troy MD's were all about on Pawling Ave. when I first moved to Troy in 1977. Thank you Dr. Tom for all of the care you gave for so many long years, and thank you to his family....
