Joseph P. Muehleck

Muehleck, Joseph P. ALBANY Joseph P. "JP" Muehleck of Albany, died Sunday, August 10, 2008 at his home. Mr. Muehleck was born in Albany and lived in the area all his life. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, was a graduate of the New York State Ranger school at Wanakena, N.Y., and was employed for many years by the N.Y. State Department of Transportation. He also was a communicant of Holy Cross Church in Albany, and he enjoyed spending summers at Eagle Lake. Mr. Muehleck was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy M. Muehleck. He is survived by his daughter, JoAnne (Michael) Riley of Albany; his sister, Ann Muehleck of Albany; his brother, Edward Muehleck of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Mark, Marin, Kathryn and Erik Riley; and by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the Hans Funeral Home, 1088 Western Ave., Albany, Saturday morning at 10:30, and from there to Holy Cross Church, Western Ave. & Rosemont St., Albany at 11:00. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Saturday morning from 8:30 10:30. Interment will be in Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Glenmont.
