I am so thankful that Nan got me interested in the family history. I still treasure the booklet that she wanted to have sent to the many relatives before her passing. I was too young to participate in the visits that Nan and Ted would pay to my parents on their visits to R. I. My father, Frank Grimes, felt close to the Dalton clan.
My but the years fly by! I noticed a message from Mary Jane Flatley. M J is also no longer with us. May they be enjoying a reunion in their heavenly reward.

Peggy & family..... I worked with Nancy many years ago and she was a very sweet lady. I ran in to her from time to time after that too and she was always upbeat and happy. I will miss her. May she rest in peace.

Nancy was a delightful person to know. My father and mother, Frank & Alice, loved to visit Nan and Ted (my father's cousin). My mother and I send our sympathy to all of Nancy's family for your great loss. We wish that we could be with you for the service. Thank you for making me part of Nan's extended family.

Mrs. D. She was our Mother Hen and we were all her "chickides". She was always there when you needed her. She did an excellent job of raising/mentoring so may of us, yet found the time to also raise 4 great ones of her own!!
Mother Hen, you were one of kind. Never to be replaced and Never to be forgotten! Thank you for helping me be the person I am today.
