Kelly, Joseph J. ALBANY Joseph J. Kelly, 83, died on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at Albany Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. A lifelong Albanian, Joe was the sexton at St. John's Lutheran Church in Albany for many years. He was an active member of the First Lutheran Church in Albany. Survivors include his sons, David, Brian, Mark and Matt Kelly; his former wife, Marie Wallace; daughters-in-law, Heidi Kelly and Shelly Mueller; and his grandchildren, Nina, David, Morgaine, Vladimir and Jamie. He was predeceased by his son, Michael Kelly who died August 10, 1991. Graveside services will be held today (Friday) at 2 p.m. in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Sand Creek Road, Colonie, where Rev. Vernon A. Victorson, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, will officiate. The family will meet friends inside the cemetery gate at 1:45 p.m. to proceed to the gravesite. A gathering will follow the services at Malt River Brewing Co. in Latham.
